Returns Policy

You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 7 days of your purchase by sending an email to info@newcoolmex.com stating clearly the details of the items, the order number or proof of purchase and the reason(s) for return. We will reply to your email immediately with the details of our office location where you can return the purchased items.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will give you store credit for the purchase price which you can use to purchase similar or different items from frakem.com.

Exchanges

We can only exchange goods if they have manufacturers fault. In circumstances where you consider that a product has a manufacturers fault, you should promptly contact us at info@newcoolmex.com with details of the item and order number or proof of purchase. We will reply to your email immediately with the details of our office location where you can return the purchased items.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the manufacturer’s fault. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

Return Exceptions

Some items cannot be returned if they are opened and these items include Tiles, Sanitary wares, Water heater, and pump. Merchandise that has been installed, used, or altered will not be acceptable for return or exchange.

Shipping

Store credit refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or order. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to products during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item or get an exchange. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and any store credit refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
